RETURN RIGHT GUARANTEED FOR ALL LUSSHO ROMANIA CUSTOMERS
IMPORTANT!
To facilitate the return process, please carefully follow the steps below:

Return request registration – All return requests must be made exclusively by email to comenzi@lussho.ro, including the completed return form (see below).

Official communication – Notifications via WhatsApp, social networks, or phone remain informal until the return form is received by email.

Initiation of the return process – A return is considered valid only after the form has been sent to the indicated email address.

Package pickup – After receiving the request, we will generate the return request to the SameDay courier company, which will contact you for package pickup.

Proper packaging – Products must be returned in their original packaging, exactly as they were received.

No AWB generation required – The SameDay courier will handle the package pickup, without requiring your intervention.
- We do not assume any responsibility for packages sent by methods other than the one offered by us, through SameDay!
If you are not contacted by the courier within 2 business days of your return request, please inform us by email at comenzi@lussho.ro.

Refunds are made exclusively by bank transfer, after verifying the integrity of the returned products.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to current legislation, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons, within 30 business days from receiving the products.
To exercise this right, an explicit declaration must be sent by email to comenzi@lussho.ro, within the specified period. Furthermore, products must be returned within a maximum of 14 business days, excluding non-working days / holidays, from the date of notification of the intention to withdraw.
Return costs (20 RON x 2 transports) are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is caused by a defect or an error on the part of the seller.
CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
- Paid amounts will be refunded within a maximum of 14 business days from the return notification.
- The refund may be delayed until the returned products are received or proof of their dispatch is provided.
- The customer is responsible for any depreciation of the returned products, which may lead to the retention of a part of the refunded amount.
Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, in their original packaging, with all intact labels and accompanying documents (invoice, warranty certificate, if applicable).
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to Art. 16 of OUG 34/2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following situations:
- Products customized according to customer requirements.
- Products susceptible to rapid deterioration.
- Sealed products which, for hygiene or health protection reasons, cannot be returned after unsealing.
- Products that have been inseparably mixed with other items.
- Audio/video products, sealed software, newspapers, magazines, digital content not delivered on a tangible medium, after delivery has begun with the consumer's consent.
If a returned product falls under one of the mentioned exceptions, the seller will inform the customer as soon as possible.
This return policy applies in addition to the website's Terms and Conditions and current legislation. In case of discrepancies, legal provisions shall prevail.
